How to Register

1. Please download the registration form from the “Registration” page.
2. Fill in the required information in the registration form.
3. Submit the registration form to the “Registration” page with your name and email address.
4. Our staff will contact you within a few business days. You will receive a PDF file of the confirmed registration form with your confirmation number and the total payment amount by e-mail.

For Residents of Japan

1. Please wire transfer the total amount to the symposium’s bank account.
2. Please put your name and confirmation number in the wire transfer form. (Ex.: “John Doe 0001”)

4. Please send a scanned copy of the receipt by e-mail to (conference@www.aquaphotomics.com) after making the payment.
5. If you need an official receipt from the symposium, please let us know in the email.
6. Please make payment before October 15, 2018 (extended) for early bird rates.

For Residents outside Japan

1. Please visit our Information Desk when you arrive at the symposium and make your payment.
2. Please print out the confirmed registration form and bring it with you.
3. Please have exact fee ready in Japanese yen.
4. Please register before October 15, 2018 (extended) for early bird rates.
