Visa Information for Conference Attendees
It is your responsibility to determine whether you need a visa to enter Japan for the conference. Please check with the Consulate in your country regarding visa requirements and application procedures. For general visa information, please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan: https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html.
Visa processing may take several weeks or more, so ensure you apply in time. If you require support documents from us, you must contact us by March 20th.
To issue the necessary documents, we must collect the following details, as required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:
- Your exact period of stay in Japan, including arrival and departure dates
- Name of your arrival and departure airport in Japan
- Your complete daily itinerary, including accommodation details (name and contact number of each place you will stay)
These details are mandatory for visa application support. We cannot process visa support documents without this information. For any questions, please contact us at conference@aquaphotomics.com.
Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシー
Notice of Cancellation Policy Change
The cancellation policy for our conference has been revised as follows:
Before the Change (Cancellations until April 2, 2025):
Full refund
After the Change (Cancellations until April 2, 2025):
Refund minus a 6% processing fee
For cancellations made on or after April 3, 2025, the policy remains unchanged, and no refunds will be issued.
◇ Regarding the Revision of the Second Circular PDF
In light of this change, the Second Circular published on our website has been updated.

キャンセルポリシー変更のお知らせ
本学会のキャンセルポリシーが以下のように変更されました。
変更前(2025年4月2日までのキャンセル)
- 全額返金
変更後(2025年4月2日までのキャンセル)
- 手数料6%を差し引いた額を返金
2025年4月3日以降のキャンセルについては変更なく、返金不可となります。
◇ セカンドサーキュラーPDFの修正について
本変更に伴い、当ホームページで公開しているセカンドサーキュラー記載を修正いたしました。
